  • Do you have dine-in?
    Yes! Stop by anytime to dine in with us, or call to make a reservation to ensure a spot, if you have a larger party, or want to let us know about a celebration!
  • Do you have gluten-free menu options?
    Yes, almost all non-breaded menu items can be made gluten-free. We offer rice noodle substitution for noodle dishes & swap for gluten-free soy sauce. At peak times these may take longer than regular orders, as we want to ensure we are carefully meeting your dietary restrictions. We are happy to help discuss more menu options and help out with your order, just give us a call!
  • Can you accommodate allergies / dietary restrictions? (ex. No MSG, peanut allergy, seafood allergy, etc.)
    We absolutely accommodate allergies and/or restrictions! Most allergens are easily avoided or we can help you choose different options if needed, just let us know upon placing your order and we can help! [Note: during extremely busy holidays we may not be able to accommodate based on the very high volume of orders, just call us in advance to ask!]
  • Do you take reservations?
    Yes! We even recommend them for parties larger than 4 as our dine-in section is not terribly large, with some heads up we can ensure we have the room for larger parties! Give us a call to make your reservation today!
  • Do you offer delivery services? Is there a delivery fee?
    Yes, we provide delivery services city-wide! Cash and credit/debit at the door are all accepted (note: after 7 pm only Cash is accepted as our drivers do not return to the restaurant after 7 pm). If you are unsure about your location, give us a call to confirm. Delivery service fees range from $6-$13 depending on distance from the restaurant.
  • What holidays are you open for? When should I place my pre-order?
    We only close on Christmas Day (Dec. 25th) so are open on all other holidays! Two weeks before the holiday is when we recommend placing your order to guarantee your preferred time slot! Note: On the busiest holidays (New Year's Eve, Christmas Eve, etc.) we are unable to offer dine-in, just give us a call to see if we have dine-in available for others!
  • I received my order and something is missing, what do I do?
    Oh no! We never want to let our customers down, so if we are open please give us a call ASAP and we will do our best to rectify this right away. If our store is closed please call us the next open day and we will find a solution that works best for you!
